It’s a good sign when we can go from, “I’m not suicidal, buuut…” in one moment, to hysterical laughter in another. It’s a signpost that tells us we’re moving toward truth. This great call inspired art comes from Andrea Schmidt.
On today’s call we practiced asking our rational soul about any persona glitches that get in the way of living our essence. We worked through two participant examples: 1.) The belief, “I have nothing to contribute, death wouldn’t be bad.” 2.) What is the next step when you’re to have a new experience with the perfections surrounding you, but you don’t feel it. AT. ALL.
Your “persona” constitutes the Energy System Circles from the physical through the Illusion/Projection Circle. There can be glitches in the Physical/Emotional/Mental/Perceptual systems. If you get a ping for Divine Essence when asking this question, it’s usually referring to some aspect of your Divine Essence you are hesitant to step into, rather than a glitch within it. Your Divine Essence is a hardwired part of the cosmos. It just IS. Your rational soul, represented by the Essence Manifesting Energy Circle, is continually evolving toward the perfection of your Divine Essence so that it becomes completely revealed.
People who have had life after life experiences, and return to this physical world, say that they were shown every little moment in their life that was infused with love. We don’t want to wait until we leave this physical world to have an understanding of how these moments contribute to our aliveness. We want to use our conscious choice to allow Love’s desire that these moments of loving are recognized with clear eyes and amplified.
I invite you to use this as a daily morning practice: “Is there a glitch in one of my personal energy systems You would like to talk to me about?” If yes, check to see which one. See what drops in about what it’s about. Check that. If nothing comes, ask if there is a word you can be given that would help you get closer. Use Energy to spell it out. Get curious and creative about the questions you ask to dial in your understanding. Our goal is to ask questions from our essence to our rational soul. If you get an answer that doesn’t get you to laughter and clarity, check to see which Energy Circle you asked your question from. It’s possible we’re asking from the Illusion Energy Circle etc.
The mental stories we carry—the grieving and the worrying—that’s not your life force. It takes life force energy to hold mental stories. Is your Energy Checking allowing you to feel greater reunion with your true self? Is it helping you be more whole-hearted? Is it allowing the patterns of perfections to show themself to you? Is it helping you navigate the noise of this world? Is your gratitude increasing? Do you have more life force energy available to you? This is what we’re moving toward.
Lately I’ve been working with my own perceptual glitch: If I don’t hold it together, shit happens. My learning edge is to know that if I get to essence and live from there, I don’t have to hold it together. Essence moves it all. Anything that falls apart comes from this world, ego, an old story piece and it was meant to fly apart.
